In short: the O.G Garage website does not track you. What you send us is used to answer you and book your car in.

What the website itself collects
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are hosted by us, not loaded from third parties.
Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) logs basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.
The website chat
The chat on this site is provided by Relayza, a chat and appointment booking service for businesses. What you write in the chat, and any details you choose to share such as your name, phone number and plate number, are stored by Relayza on our behalf so we can answer you, book you in and send a reminder.
Some chat replies are written by a digital assistant, and a person from the garage can join the conversation at any time. The chat may store an identifier in your browser to remember the conversation.
Email and WhatsApp
If you email us, your message is kept in the garage mailbox. If you message us on WhatsApp, it also passes through WhatsApp and is subject to its terms.
How we use your details
- To answer questions and give quotes.
- To book, change and remind you about appointments.
- To update you about your car.
We do not sell your details.
