How do I book?

Message us in the website chat or by email with your plate number, make, model and year, and what's wrong. We'll offer a time and confirm it.

Which days are you open?

Sunday to Thursday, plus a short Friday. Closed on Saturday and Jewish holidays. Sunday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 13:00.

How much does a service cost?

It depends on the model, year and mileage. Send us the details and we'll give you a quote before any work starts.

My check engine light came on. What now?

If the car drives normally, book a computer diagnostic and we'll read the fault codes. If the light is flashing, or you notice smoke, a burning smell or brake trouble, pull over safely and don't keep driving.

What should I include in my message?

Plate number, make, model and year, rough mileage, and what you feel or hear. A photo of the dashboard helps.

My Hebrew isn't great. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You can write to us in English, French or Russian as well as Hebrew.

Do you work on luxury, electric and hybrid cars?

Yes. We work on all makes and models, including luxury cars, electric, plug-in hybrid and hybrid vehicles.

Will servicing with you affect my warranty?

No. Routine servicing is done without voiding the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I wait at the garage? Do you have a courtesy car?

For shorter jobs you can wait at the garage. We don't offer a courtesy car or shuttle.

How can I pay?

Credit card, cash or Bit. No deposit and no cancellation fee; just let us know in advance if you can't make it.
